Live More Campervans is committed to delivering exceptional products at a great price. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and experience.
In the rare case that you are not happy with the product you receive, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Before we can start the return process we require a handful of details:
- First and last name on the order
- The order number
- Photos/detailed description of what the issue is and why you want to return the product
Once these details are gathered and you wish to inquire about a return, email all of the information to info@livemorecampervans.com and we will work with you on the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Policy
We typically ship within 48 hours of ordering during regular business hours. Delays may occur due to supply chain issues in which we will notify you. Customer agrees to pay actual shipping charges at the time of shipment. Due to many variables, the website may not calculate the correct shipping charges at the time of order. If actual shipping charges differ from those quoted, the customer will be notified.
When receiving your shipments, do not accept damaged goods! Once a shipment is accepted, damage claims are no longer accepted by most shipping companies and the shipping insurance is voided.
Large items will be shipped via LTL shipping at current rates, which are currently changing on a weekly basis. Please provide a commercial shipping address for LTL shipments when possible to reduce the cost of shipping.
