Shipping policy

We typically ship within 48 hours of ordering during regular business hours. Customer agrees to pay actual shipping charges at the time of shipment. Due to many variables, the website may not calculate the correct shipping charges at the time of order. If actual shipping charges differ from those quoted, the customer will be notified.

When receiving your shipments, do not accept damaged goods!  Once a shipment is accepted, damage claims are no longer accepted by most shipping companies and the shipping insurance is voided. 

Large items will be shipped via LTL shipping at current rates, which are currently changing on a weekly basis. Please provide a commercial shipping address for LTL shipments when possible to reduce the cost of shipping.
